Swimwear Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist. Our returns policy ensures that all returns meet strict criteria and complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC) requirements. Please review the guidelines below carefully to ensure your return is eligible.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a store credit only.
For returns within 30 days, please contact us here.
To be eligible for a Swimwear return, your item must:
1. Be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
2. Be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
3. Have hygiene stickers and been tried on with underwear.
4. Be free from damage, makeup, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
Jewellery Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit given that the below requirements are met.
To be eligible for a Jewellery return, your item must:
1. Be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags & packaging still attached
2. Be in brand new condition with no marks or scratches
3. Be returned to us within 7 days of delivery date
Please Note: Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons
A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card or code (with no expiry) which you can use to repurchase another item on our website.

Faulty or Wrong Items
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.
If your item arrived faulty, damaged or is incorrect please contact us via our contact us page as soon as possible.
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided in the unlikely event that an item is not in its intended original condition, is damaged or faulty as confirmed by our returns team.
Our policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.
Store Credits
Store credit will be given for change of mind returns.
All full price orders that have been approved as a return are eligible for return for a store credit. Store credit is available for 3 years from date of issue.
Store credits and gift cards are not refundable and cannot be transferred to cash or refund.
Shipping and return costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, including incorrect size or colour orders.
Exchanges
We are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order following the above policy.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For high-value returns (over $75), consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
Jewellery Warranty
Proper care and handling of your jewellery can help it maintain its beauty and sparkle for years to come. When you have purchased a piece of jewellery, it is important to take proper care to ensure it lasts.
All Jaz Hand made pieces come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. This does not include oxidisation of pieces.
If your jewellery is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will gladly offer you an exchange or full refund however, all pieces must be returned in original packaging and all jewellery tags must be attached.
Please read the materials & care page on our website. Natural oxidisation may occur over time or if you have not adhered to our jewellery care guide. A refund will not be issued in this circumstance. If your jewellery is damaged ie. issues with the chains, clasps ect, we will endeavour to do our best to repair the jewellery to be sent back to you.
All pieces returned under warranty will be assessed to determine the cause of the fault and it may take up to 4-6 weeks for a replacement to be shipped out.

9K/14K SOLID GOLD
When properly cared for, our solid gold pieces can last forever. With its beautiful, subtle hue, solid gold will not oxidise or discolour, so you can wear your jewellery every day, everywhere.

925 STERLING SILVER
925 Sterling Silver is a lightweight metal made of 92.5% pure silver. It’s highly durable and designed for everyday wear. What to know about wearing sterling silver jewellery:

GOLD VERMEIL
Not to be confused with regular gold plating, our vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a thick layer (2.5 microns) of 18k solid gold on sterling silver. It lasts longer and provides the look and feel of gold jewellery at a fraction of the price. All of our 18k gold vermeil pieces are stamped with “925”.
